A beautiful morning launch and landing on the coast of California this morning for SpaceX, NASA, and the ESA, placed the Sentinel-6 Ocean Monitoring satellite in orbit. I got over my initial regret at not making the 4 ½ hour drive down to watch it when it was overcome by the joy and satisfaction with the success of this very important mission for the future of humanity on this planet.
I don’t have time to add much, but I encourage everyone to read more on this mission and take a look at the replay of launch and landing when it becomes available. I’ll update with more on this soon.

Makes me feel like maybe humanity can get through the awful crises we face. Go NASA, SpaceX, ESA and Sentinel-6!
